To ensure a good game, keep the rules top-secret. This is how you play:

Everyone writes their name on a piece of paper and puts it in a hat, box, basket, etc. Then everyone picks out a piece with someone else's name on it. They write a truth question or dare on the back of it, supposedly for the person whose name is on the front, and sign their own name.

When everyone is finished, the host will tell everyone that, instead of handing it back to the person whose name is on the paper, they themselves have to do the dare or answer the truth question. How ever much they wanted to embarrass that person, they'll be embarrassed.
