One person is nominated as "Simon" - they are the leader of this game. Everyone else spreads out around the room or garden.
Simon proceeds to call out instructions such as:
"Simon says jump",
"Simon says hands in the air",
"Simon says sit down",
"Simon says stand on one leg",
"Simon says touch your toes"
etc.
Everyone must follow Simon's amusing instructions.
The twist is, if Simon calls out an instruction NOT proceeded with "Simon says" players must NOT obey. So anyone responding to "Hands in the air" for example has a failed. They step out of the game.
The last person left wins and becomes the next Simon. |
